0Rhythm

Rhythm creates predictability. Predictability creates trust.

The Rhythm Protocol inside The 5 Minute Leader is the full version of what this measures: the fifteen minute stand-up, the weekly agenda that never changes, and the four things that kill a rhythm.

What this assessment measures

Twelve statements, three in each of four areas: Cadence, Daily, Weekly and Discipline. You rate how true each one is right now. The score is not a personality type and it does not change with your mood. It is a read on how the work moves.

How the score is read

Your answers produce a score out of 100 and place you at one of four levels. Each level comes with a plain reading of what it means and where it usually breaks.

You also get a score for each of the four areas, so you can see which one is actually holding things back rather than guessing.

What to do with the result

The point is not the number. It is which of the four areas comes back lowest, because that is the one to work on first. Pick that one, change one thing this week, and take the assessment again in a month to see whether the change held.

Quiz, test or assessment: which is this?

All three words describe the same thing. A meeting effectiveness quiz, an operating rhythm test and a meeting and rhythm assessment all point at what is on this page: twelve statements, four areas, a score out of 100 and the level that goes with it. Nothing is graded and there are no trick questions. It is a read on how you work right now, not a personality label.

How long does it take?

It takes about four minutes. You answer one screen at a time and you can go back and change an answer before you finish.

Is it free?

Yes. There is no payment and no trial. You answer the questions, then give your name and email to unlock your level, your area scores and the single move to make next.
