The Power Without Permission Community is the Leaders ADAPT community built around the book of the same name, written by Andreas Pettersson with thirteen women leaders. It is for ambitious women and allies working on impostor syndrome, executive presence, and boundaries.
Impostor syndrome does not respond well to information. A leader can read every study on it and still go quiet in the meeting that matters. What moves it is seeing other capable people describe the same experience in their own words, which is the one thing a course cannot manufacture.
Members join a private space run by Leaders ADAPT. The daily discussion is where most of the value sits: a member describes a situation, a promotion conversation, a board presentation, a boundary that keeps getting crossed, and other leaders who have been there answer in plain language. The thirteen co-authors of Power Without Permission take questions directly, and recorded workshops and masterclasses are kept as replays so a new member can catch up on what the group has already covered.
It is not a networking group and it is not a course with modules to complete. Leaders who want a certificate or a lead list will not find one. Leaders who want honest company while they change how they show up at work usually stay.
