Leaders ADAPT LLC ("Leaders ADAPT", "we", "us") operates leadersadapt.com and 5minleader.leadersadapt.com. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. Effective date: July 2, 2026.
Information you give us. When you fill out a form, book a call, take an assessment, buy a program or product, or subscribe to emails, we collect what you submit: typically your name, email, phone, company, role, and your assessment answers and scores. Information collected automatically. We use Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads, and Meta advertising tools. These set cookies and collect device and usage data such as pages viewed, approximate location, and how you found us. We use this to understand what content helps and to measure advertising.
To respond to you, deliver assessment results, provide coaching and mastermind services, process payments, send content and offers you asked for, improve the site, and measure marketing. We do not sell your personal information.
Service providers that run parts of our business: LeadConnector (GoHighLevel) for forms, scheduling, and email; Google and Meta for analytics and advertising; our payment processors for purchases; and hosting providers. Each receives only what it needs to do its job.
You can unsubscribe from any email with one click, block cookies in your browser, and use Google and Meta ad settings to limit ad personalization. California residents have the right to know, correct, and delete personal information we hold about them, and the right to opt out of sharing for cross-context advertising, without discrimination. To exercise any right, email us through the address on our contact page and we will respond within the time the law requires.
We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes above or as the law requires, then delete it. We use reputable providers and reasonable safeguards, but no internet service can promise perfect security.
Our services are for business leaders and are not directed to anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
