Executive coaching, CEO and executive AI masterminds, fractional AI executive services, digital products, free assessments, a podcast, and written content. Specific paid programs are governed by their own agreements; if a program agreement conflicts with these terms, the program agreement wins.
Content, assessments, and coaching are educational and advisory. They are not legal, financial, tax, medical, or psychological advice. Decisions you make for your business remain yours, and outcomes depend on many factors we do not control. We do not guarantee results.
Do not misuse the site: no scraping at abusive rates, no attempts to break or bypass security, no unlawful use. Anything you submit through forms must be yours to share and accurate.
The site, the ADAPT framework, assessments, courses, and all content are owned by Leaders ADAPT LLC or its licensors. You may share links and brief quotes with attribution. You may not republish, resell, or use our materials to build competing products without written permission.
Prices, billing, and any refund terms for paid programs and products are stated at checkout or in the applicable program agreement.
The site is provided as is. To the fullest extent the law allows, Leaders ADAPT LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or content, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, California.
