The Leadership Vault: the library plus a weekly hour with Andreas
The five free courses are the start of a much larger library. The Vault opens the rest of it, turns the assessments into tools you can use on this site, and adds one live call a week where you bring the real situation you are in.
What is inside
- Sixteen courses from the Leaders ADAPT library: feedback, coaching your team, culture, difficult conversations, delegation, running meetings that decide things, and more. Slides, exercises and tools for each.
- Every assessment as an on-site tool, with your scores kept and compared over time.
- A weekly one hour live call with Andreas Pettersson, former CEO and founder of Leaders ADAPT. Bring a decision, a person or a problem. Replays stay in the library.
- First access to new courses and tools as they are built.
How the founding list works
The Vault opens in January 2027 if enough founding members join before then. Founding members get the lowest price the membership will ever have, locked in. If the minimum is not reached, nobody is charged and the start moves. Joining the list costs nothing and commits you to nothing; it is how we size the first group and how you get the founding offer first.

Questions
Is this the same as the free courses?
No. The five free courses stay free and open. The Vault is the other sixteen courses plus the weekly call and the tools.
When does it start?
January 2027, as soon as the founding group is large enough. The list gets the exact date first.
What does it cost?
The founding price is announced to the list before the public price. There is nothing to pay to join the list.
Where do the calls happen?
On Zoom, one hour a week, with the replay in the library within a day.
