I think the greatest surprise is how much we've all grown and changed in the time we've been working with Andreas. And one thing he kept asking me was, can I break glass? And I would say, well, maybe just chip away at the glass, maybe not a full break. But it's been amazing to look back over the time we've been with Andreas and how much the team has embraced change, come up with new ideas, experimented, and really got truly innovative in our own business about how we're using it, and how that is such a good thing for our team and our clients.

I was a little overwhelmed with where to start with AI. I knew it was very powerful. I knew we really needed to jump in and learn. But I didn't know where to start or how to aim my efforts. When Andreas came in, it helped us understand where to start, as an individual and as an organization, and where to aim our efforts. So now we're really using it as a co-worker, a teammate. We can speak about it with more authority and intelligence, taking advantage of the power of AI to be efficient and also making our humanity even more valuable.
