Video transcript
I don't really have a lot of patience any longer for anybody on my team doing tasks that are repeatable that we could train AI to do. I want my team to free up their capacity to think. We've actually made a new rule within the firm: if it's a repeatable task and you're not leveraging AI to do it, we're just going to use AI instead of you. Lean in and do it. You're going to fall behind if you don't. You're already behind. I've been getting really excited about it.
It's almost like having a business partner, somebody to bounce ideas off of, once you tell it not to just placate you in every turn. My chat used to be too nice. Now that I've trained it to give me the truth, I think it's better. It's like having a business partner and someone to bounce ideas off. And I do that late at night sometimes, so other humans don't really want to do that with me.
