He is just not your typical CEO. When you talk to Andreas, he's super down to earth. He doesn't use or abuse his authority as a C-suite executive. To be quite frank, I haven't had a lot of exposure to different CEOs and your typical C-suite. But I think what makes him unique is how approachable and authentic he is as a leader, and also the ability for him to show vulnerability. He admits that he doesn't know, and I think that shows a lot of character, especially for somebody who has so much authority, power and influence.
I think that's what helps build the trust and the bond and the closeness with your people, your employees.
