About Leaders ADAPT
Leaders ADAPT is an executive coaching, CEO mastermind and AI leadership advisory practice based in Cypress, Orange County, California. It works with founders and CEOs scaling from seven to eight figures, and it was founded by Andreas Pettersson, a three time CEO who built Arcules to more than 150 employees and became Canon's youngest standalone CEO after the acquisition.
