Presented by Martha Spalding ·

In this lesson

Purpose without vision is passion with no destination. Vision without purpose is ambition without grounding. Together, they create the strategic clarity that transforms good intentions into consistent action and sustainable impact. You'll craft a vision statement that excites and challenges you, then break it down into concrete milestones across different timeframes. Through detailed visualization exercises, you'll imagine how your calendar, relationships, and work choices would look different when fully aligned with your purpose.

What you will discover

  • How to translate your purpose into a compelling, specific vision that guides daily decisions
  • Why leaders with clear vision achieve 2.3 times better performance than those without
  • The importance of breaking vision into short-, mid-, and long-term milestones
  • How to balance inspiring destination with flexible evolution as you grow
