The Executive AI Program page tells you what you get. This page tells you what happens in each of the eight sessions, so you can decide whether the time is worth it before you book a call. Nothing here is a promise about your results. It is the teach sequence, written down.
Quick answer: Eight weeks, one live two hour session a week. Week 0 is setup. Weeks 1 to 3 build your foundations, your personal context dossier and your prompting discipline. Weeks 4 and 5 connect AI to your inbox, calendar, documents and meetings. Week 6 is the written policy. Week 7 hands one workflow to a teammate. Week 8 is the capstone and the operating rhythm. You graduate with eight shipped artifacts or you have not graduated.
The format first
Eight weeks. One live two hour session a week on Zoom, and that is the entire fixed weekly commitment. Each session covers one skill, and you build it live on your own business before you leave. A short pre recorded primer arrives before each session, and one shipped assignment is due the following week. Everyone also gets one private thirty minute working session somewhere in weeks two to five.
The price is published on the programme page, together with the refund rule: complete every weekly artifact through week four, and if you cannot point to measurable ROI by week eight, you are refunded in full.
Who it is for: CEOs, founders and majority owners of non tech operating businesses. If your company is under about $5M in revenue, you are probably too early. No team seats.
Week 0: setup, before the first session
Account install, two factor authentication, a password manager, a baseline diagnostic and a short helper call. The point is that no live time is spent fighting logins. If you are lighter on the technical side, extra sessions run before the cohort starts so everyone walks in level.
Week 1: foundations
An accurate, non technical mental model of how AI works and which tool fits which job. How language models work, why they get things wrong, the current tools compared on strength, price and privacy, a what to use when decision tree, and your first ten executive prompts run live on your own work.
Walk out with: a hardened primary account and the first real prompts logged.
Week 2: your personal context layer
The week everything else depends on. You build the dossier that turns a generic assistant into yours: identity, companies, priorities, calendar patterns, relationships, writing voice, decisions in flight, red lines. You pull your writing voice from real samples and you set the privacy boundary of what goes in and what stays out.
Walk out with: a versioned context dossier loaded into your workspace.
Week 3: executive prompting and the thinking partner
Prompting as a decision discipline rather than a party trick. Five patterns: draft, decide, critique, compress, expand. Thinking partner moves: pre mortem, red team, steel man, second opinion, blind spot audit. When to trust, discard or push back on what the model gives you.
Walk out with: a personal library of ten or more reusable prompts, each used on real work.
Week 4: inbox and calendar
The most expensive executive time sink. Triage architecture, structured summaries, categorisation rules, draft replies for review. A morning briefing: open loops, today's meetings, what you would otherwise miss. Pre meeting briefs and post meeting follow through. Connecting email and calendar safely.
Walk out with: a daily morning briefing and inbox triage running on your own inbox.
This is the week the refund rule turns on. Every weekly artifact through week four has to be complete.
Week 5: documents, meetings and the knowledge base
Scattered files, decks, contracts and recordings become a knowledge base you can ask questions of. Document intake discipline. Meeting transcripts: capture, summary, action items, follow through. When to use AI for synthesis and when to use a live facts tool instead.
Walk out with: a personal knowledge base of twenty or more documents and transcripts, with documented insights.
Week 6: security, privacy and governance
Replace vague anxiety with a written policy a non technical board will accept. The three real risks: data leakage, prompt injection and compliance exposure. What is myth. Data classification in practice. What the major vendors actually do with your data. How to write a one page AI use policy. The live prompt injection demo uses hidden instructions in a resume, and it changes how people read every document afterwards.
Walk out with: a signed one page personal and team AI use policy. The free version of the template is in the AI policy template post.
Week 7: delegation and team adoption
Take the personal system and hand at least one workflow to a human teammate with AI in the loop. Why rollouts fail: perfectionism, team fear, missing middle managers. The delegation ladder: what you do, what the AI does, what your assistant does, what your team does. A thirty day quiet rollout for skeptical teams. What to measure in the first ninety days. The short list of what not to delegate to AI is on the wall for this session.
Walk out with: one workflow delegated to a teammate and running.
Week 8: capstone and operating rhythm
The daily, weekly and monthly rhythm that keeps the system alive. Why it compounds if maintained and decays if not. A live four minute demo of each participant's system. Your ninety day plan and your decision on what comes next.
Walk out with: a working personal AI operating system, a ninety day plan and a graduation decision.
What a graduate leaves with
Graduation is eight shipped artifacts, not a certificate. If any one is missing, you have not graduated.
- A hardened AI account with your workspace configured.
- A personal context dossier, loaded and versioned.
- A prompt library of twenty or more reusable executive prompts.
- A daily briefing and inbox triage running without manual starting.
- A personal knowledge base of twenty or more documents and transcripts.
- A one page AI use policy for you and your team.
- One workflow delegated to a human teammate with AI in the loop.
- A ninety day personal plan and a decision on what comes next.
One honest note on pacing
The teach sequence is fixed. The system paces to you: the next skill opens after the current one has actually been used. So read the weeks above as what each session covers, not a promise that every participant hits the same milestone on the same day. The promise is that you advance at your own pace and the system waits for you.
After week 8
You keep the system, the skills library, the dossier and the ninety day plan, plus updates to the private skills library. Most graduates stop there. Some continue into the AI Leadership Mastermind for the board strategy work. A few need the Fractional AI Executive. We will tell you which, and we will not pitch you in week eight.
Decide on the eight weeks with the facts in front of you
The programme page has the price, the refund rule and the next cohort date. The call before you join is short and it is about fit: your company, your week, and whether you will do the homework. If the honest answer is that you are too early, we say so and point you to the book.
I built an AI company before ChatGPT existed, grew it to 150 people and sold it to Canon. The eight weeks above are the system I run my own companies on, taught in the order it was built.
Executive AI Program FAQ
How much time does the Executive AI Program take each week?
One live two hour session a week on Zoom for eight weeks, and that is the entire fixed weekly commitment. Between sessions, budget an hour or two to finish the artifact you started in the room, because the building happens on your own business, not on a demo. Every session is recorded.
Do I need to be technical to keep up?
No. The programme was built for the non technical CEO who does not want to become technical. Week 0 handles accounts, two factor authentication and a password manager before the first session, and extra pre sessions run for anyone lighter on the technical side so everyone walks in level.
What do I leave with at the end of the eight weeks?
Eight shipped artifacts, not a certificate: a hardened AI workspace, a versioned personal context dossier, a prompt library of twenty or more reusable executive prompts, a daily briefing and inbox triage running on your own inbox, a personal knowledge base of twenty or more documents, a one page AI use policy, one workflow delegated to a teammate with AI in the loop, and a ninety day plan.
What is the refund rule?
The rule on the programme page: complete every weekly artifact through week four, and if you cannot point to measurable ROI by week eight, you are refunded in full. The condition matters. The refund is for people who did the work and did not get the result, not for people who did not do the work.
Can I bring my team or my assistant?
No team seats. The room is owners, founders and CEOs, and that is what protects the conversation. Week seven is where you hand one workflow to a teammate, so the team benefits without sitting in the cohort. Companies that need the whole leadership team trained belong in the Fractional AI Executive engagement.
Who is the programme not for?
Companies under about $5M in revenue are usually too early; the book and the free material are the better start. Technology companies are not the audience. Anyone who wants to watch a course and never build is in the wrong room, because graduation is eight shipped artifacts and nothing else.
One thing to do this week
Pick the one task you do every week that a capable assistant could do with the right context. Write down what that context is. That is week two, and you can start it before the cohort does.
