By Andreas Pettersson, Founder, Leaders ADAPT
Abundance 360 publishes its prices, which already puts it ahead of half the organisations in this index. Partner at $12,500, Fellow at $27,500, Patron at $55,000 and waitlisted. What it does not publish is how many people sit in your monthly small group, what the refund policy is, or what a member says about it in their own words.
I ran an AI and cloud video company before I ran anything else, and I now run a virtual AI mastermind for executives at Leaders ADAPT, where members build a working AI capability alongside peers. So I am a neighbour of Abundance 360, not a stranger to it. This page describes it fairly, sources every figure, and names the gap.
Quick answer: Abundance 360 is Peter Diamandis's year round membership for founders, entrepreneurs and investors built around exponential technology. Annual tiers are Partner at $12,500 (virtual only), Fellow at $27,500 and Patron at $55,000 (waitlist). Members get a four day annual Summit near Los Angeles, monthly small groups, quarterly workshops and AMAs, and entry is by application and interview. Group size and refund terms are not published.
What Abundance 360 is, field by field
Abundance 360 is a founder led, year round membership built around exponential technology, with a four day annual Summit, monthly small group Exponential Connections and quarterly workshops. The table applies the fields used across the CEO Peer Group Index, with every value from the organisation's own pages, read in October 2026.

What Abundance 360 does well
It publishes the price. Three tiers, three numbers, on the membership page, with the honest note that prices rise with demand. Compare that with the organisations in this index that take an application before they name a figure.
It has a real cadence. A four day Summit is the headline, but the membership page also lists monthly small groups, monthly forums, quarterly workshops and quarterly AMAs. That is more contact than most summit led communities offer, and it is the part that makes the membership year round rather than a ticket.
It knows who it is for. Members lead companies from $10M to $10B, the subject is exponential technology, and the host is one of the best known voices on it. If you want to stand close to the frontier of AI and longevity with people who invest in it, there are not many rooms built for exactly that. The AI for CEOs page covers the wider question of what a CEO should actually do with that frontier.
What Abundance 360 does not publish
The small group size. Exponential Connections place you in "intentional small groups", and the number is not given.
The refund policy. The FAQ says cancellations and refunds are issued in USD and stops there. For a tier that starts at $12,500 and tops out at $55,000, that is the first thing to get in writing.
What members say. I found no independent member account. The home page offers aggregate claims about the membership's net worth and companies founded, which describe the room and not the experience in it.
Whether Partner members get the same small groups as Fellows, and what the interview actually screens for. Not published. None of this is unusual for a founder led community, and none of it is a criticism. It is the list for the application call.
Who Abundance 360 is not for
The executive who already knows the frontier exists and needs to build something with it by Friday.
I have a prediction about AI and the people who run companies, and I have been making it since my Arcules years, when I ran an AI and cloud video company from founding to more than 150 people. People will drift away from coaches, advisors and peer rooms towards AI, because AI delivers information and data faster and cheaper than any of us. Then they will come back.
Not because the AI got worse. Because information was never the constraint, and AI cannot replace human connection or hold you to execution.
A futures membership sits on the information side of that drift. It tells you what is coming, from people who are building it, and that has value for an investor or a founder choosing the next bet. It is a poor fit for an operator whose problem is that the leadership team is not using the tools it already pays for, or who cannot tell which of the best AI tools for CEOs deserve a seat in the operating cadence.
So the organisation is not for that operator. It is not for an owner in a non tech industry who wants peers with the same margins and the same hiring problems. And it is not for anyone who needs to see the refund policy before paying $12,500.
The structural gap: a telescope is not a wrench
Abundance 360 is a telescope. It is pointed at the horizon, it is a very good one, and the people looking through it with you own some of the things it is pointed at. Four days a year you look together, and monthly you compare notes on what you saw.
An executive AI mastermind is a wrench. It is pointed at your own engine, and the only question each session is what you built since the last one and what broke. A Summit does not signal a shallow community. It signals a community built for seeing far, not for turning bolts.
The test is what you need in the next 90 days. If the answer is a better view of the next five years, the telescope is right. If the answer is a working AI capability inside your own company, with executives from other companies watching whether you actually ship it, you need the wrench, which is the format the executive AI program page describes in full.
The Leaders ADAPT room, by the same fields
Here is the room I run, in the same fields. It is not better in general. It is different in structure and in what it is pointed at.
| Field | Leaders ADAPT Executive AI Mastermind | Source |
|---|---|---|
| What it is | A virtual AI mastermind for executives run by Leaders ADAPT, where members build a working AI capability alongside peers | Executive AI Mastermind |
| Cost and year one | Discussed on the fit call, not published here | As above |
| Gates | Fit is judged on a call, on what you run and what you intend to build | As above |
| Group size | Small by design. Not stated on this page | As above |
| Time commitment | Ongoing virtual sessions, the cadence is set out on the fit call | As above |
| Facilitator model | Operator led. I ran an AI and cloud video company to 150+ people and exited to Canon, and I run the room | As above |
| Contract and cancellation | No multi year contract | As above |
| Format and geography | Virtual, members chosen by fit rather than by who can get to Los Angeles | As above |
| Industry mix | Executives across industries, not only tech | As above |
| What members say | Not quoted on this page | As above |
| Founded and size | Not stated on this page | As above |
| Best for and not for | Best for an executive who wants a working AI capability built in their own company alongside peers. Not for an investor looking for a futures network, or anyone who wants a Summit and a famous host | As above |
The wrench, not the telescope
The Leaders ADAPT Executive AI Mastermind is a virtual AI mastermind for executives, where members build a working AI capability alongside peers. It is run by an operator who ran an AI and cloud video company to 150+ people and exited to Canon, not by a futurist.
Each session is about what you shipped inside your own company since the last one, what broke, and what the other executives in the room see that you do not. You leave with one committed build and a date, and the room checks it next time.
It is not for anyone who wants to watch the frontier. It is for someone who has to run a company on it.
Abundance 360 FAQ
How much does Abundance 360 cost?
Three published annual tiers. Partner, which is virtual only, is $12,500, Fellow is $27,500, and Patron is $55,000 and waitlist only. The site states that all prices are subject to increase based on demand, and that hotel costs are not included. No joining fee is published, so year one is the tier price, between $12,500 and $55,000.
What are the Abundance 360 membership requirements?
No formal criteria are published, and membership is by application only, followed by an interview with the leadership team. The about page says members lead companies ranging from $10 million to $10 billion, which describes the room rather than setting a gate. There is no published age limit, employee minimum or title requirement. Budget is the practical gate, given the tier prices.
What is the A360 Peter Diamandis membership?
Abundance360, often shortened to A360, is a year round membership for founders, entrepreneurs and investors built around exponential technology. Peter H. Diamandis launched it in 2013 and leads it with a faculty. Members get a four day annual Summit, monthly small group Exponential Connections, monthly forums, quarterly workshops and quarterly AMAs with Diamandis, in person near Los Angeles or on Zoom.
What happens at the Abundance 360 Summit?
The Summit is the flagship event, a four day gathering held annually near Los Angeles, California, and also available virtually via Zoom. Partner tier members attend virtually only. The content follows the membership's focus on exponential technology, AI, longevity and moonshot ventures. The site does not publish Summit attendance, the number of sessions or the speaker list for a given year.
Is Abundance 360 a peer group?
Partly. It includes monthly Exponential Connections small groups and monthly forums, so there is a peer element, but the group size is not published and the membership of 600 plus is organised around a founder, a faculty and a Summit. A classic CEO peer group is a fixed small room that meets monthly to process one member's operating problem at a time.
Who is Abundance 360 best for?
Tech oriented founders, CEOs and investors who want a futures focused network, early exposure to AI, longevity and moonshot thinking, and a flagship annual Summit with a well known host. It is a weaker fit for owners who want operational peer accountability, monthly in person forums, a non tech industry mix, or a published refund policy before they commit to a tier.
The verdict on Abundance 360
Abundance 360 is a well run telescope. The prices are published, the cadence is real, the host is credible on the subject, and the people in the room own a share of the future it describes. If you are a tech founder or investor choosing your next bet, and you get the refund policy and the small group size in writing first, it does what it says.
If you are an executive who has to build with AI inside a company that is not a tech company, the view is not the problem. The build is. Decide which you are short of before you choose a tier.
What will you have built with AI by the end of the next quarter, and who will check?
