Business Mastery Tony Robbins: The Event, the Cost, the Guarantee and the Fit Table

Business Mastery Tony Robbins, read fairly: the five day format, the reported $10,000 ticket, the refund guarantee, what is unpublished, who it is not for.

By Andreas Pettersson, Founder, Leaders ADAPT

You are on day three. It is past nine at night. You have been in a hall or on a Zoom grid with thousands of other owners since eight this morning, and your notebook has more pages filled than it has in a year. That is the Business Mastery Tony Robbins experience as attendees describe it, and for some owners it is exactly what they came for.

I run a standing room, the Leaders ADAPT CEO Mastermind, virtual, at most 14 members, no revenue gate. An event and a standing room solve different problems, so this page describes the event on its own terms, with sources, and then says where the two part ways.

Quick answer: Business Mastery is a five day immersive business seminar led by Tony Robbins for entrepreneurs, executives and managers, next run virtually from January 13 to 17, 2027. The price is not published and entry is by application, though a 2016 column in Inc magazine reported a $10,000 ticket. Attendance, group size and current refund terms are not published. It is an event, not an ongoing peer group.

What the Business Mastery Tony Robbins seminar is, field by field

Business Mastery is a five day immersive business seminar, founder led by Tony Robbins with guest trainers, that teaches a step by step business playbook to a crowd in the thousands. The table holds every field used across the CEO Peer Group Index, with the gaps left where the organiser leaves them.

Field On the record Source

Founded and size Founded year of the event not published. Thousands of participants per attendee account Attendee blog
Best for and not for Best for owners who want a high energy one off intensive with a large crowd and are comfortable with sales driven event culture. Not for anyone seeking an ongoing small peer forum, published pricing or confidential issue processing Index assessment

What Business Mastery does well

Immersion. Five days with nothing else on the calendar is a rare thing for an owner, and the 2016 Inc. column put it as 60 hours inside your own business. Most owners have not spent 60 consecutive hours thinking about the business rather than working in it since the day they started it.

Energy. The attendee who ranked it among the top three events he had attended was not describing a lecture. Founder led, on stage, with the room run as a performance. If you learn by being lifted, the format works.

Community after the fact. The ten year attendee describes a Business Mastery community that outlived any single event for him. That is real, and it is the closest the format gets to what a standing room offers.

A guarantee with a number on it. The 2016 form, as Inc. quoted it, offered a full refund after day one if you did not feel you had received $1 million of value. A promise that specific is rare in this category, even if its current status is not published.

What Business Mastery does not publish

The price. The event page takes applications and gives no number. The only public figures are a 2016 ticket of $10,000 and a 2026 Trustpilot reviewer who paid about $15,000 for an unspecified Mastery package.

Attendance. The organiser does not say how many people are in the room. Thousands, per one attendee.

The refund policy as it stands today. The terms of service page returned no policy text when I read it in October 2026, and whether the 2016 guarantee still applies is not published.

The founding year of the event, and what happens after day five. None of that is a complaint. It is the list to take into the application call.

Who the Business Mastery seminar is not for

An owner whose problem is a person. Let me explain what I mean with my own numbers.

At Arcules I had an engineering manager who was driving people out. I did the maths on him and the turnover he caused was costing us $450K a year. I call it the $1.35M conversation, because that is what three years of it would have cost, and I had the conversation directly. He changed. Turnover dropped from 20 percent to 8 percent.

That problem did not get solved in a hall. It got solved over months, with people around me who knew the manager's name, had heard me complain about him twice before, and finally asked why I had not acted. A five day seminar can give you the courage. It cannot sit with you on week six when the courage has worn off and he is still there.

So the format is not for an owner with a named, slow, uncomfortable problem that needs holding over time. It is also not for anyone who needs the price before the application, or who wants a confidential room. A crowd of thousands is many things, but it is not confidential. The what is a mastermind group page describes the small standing format that does the holding.

The structural gap: a bonfire is not a stove

An event is a bonfire. Big, hot, visible from across the field, and everyone who stands near it leaves warmer than they arrived. Then it goes out, and you cook on it exactly zero times.

A standing peer room is a stove. Small, unglamorous, lit every month, and the thing you make dinner on. A five day seminar does not signal a weak product. It signals a product built for ignition, not for cooking.

The practical test is what happens on day 40. After Business Mastery, the published answer is nothing scheduled. After a peer room, the answer is the next session, with a check in score that shows whether you did what you said. Owners who have done both often describe the event as the reason they started looking for the room, which is the pattern behind the executive retreat page and the longer argument on how to scale a business.

The Leaders ADAPT room, by the same fields

Here is my own room in the same table, which makes it comparable rather than superior.

Where the problem you carried out of the hall gets finished

The Leaders ADAPT CEO Mastermind is a virtual room of at most 14 members, with no revenue gate, run by an operator who scaled a company to 150+ people and exited to Canon. It runs all year as a monthly virtual session plus weekly office hours, so the manager problem, the pricing problem or the partner problem gets an owner, a date and a follow up.

In a session, every member scores the month from 1 to 10 and names one blocker, one member takes the hot seat against a fixed template, the room answers five set prompts, including what the presenter is not seeing, and everyone leaves with one committed action.

It is not for an owner who wants to be lifted. It is for one who wants to be held to something.

Business Mastery FAQ

How much does Tony Robbins Business Mastery cost?

The event page does not publish a price, entry is by application. The most cited figure is from a 2016 Inc. column, which reported that attending would cost $10,000, with a discount for people who bought at a previous Robbins event, and a 2026 Trustpilot reviewer described paying about $15,000 for a Mastery package without specifying which one. Ask for the current price in writing.

What is the Business Mastery seminar?

Business Mastery is a five day immersive business seminar run by Tony Robbins for entrepreneurs, executives, business owners and managers. The next run is virtual, January 13 to 17, 2027, Eastern time. Earlier runs were hybrid, with an in person event at the Palm Beach County Convention Center in August 2025. Attendees describe days of 12 to 15 hours and a crowd in the thousands.

Is Business Mastery Tony Robbins worth it?

Every public business mastery review splits by what the attendee wanted. One attendee blog ranked it among the top three events he had attended, and a ten year attendee values the community that formed around it. Trustpilot gives the parent site a 3.0 TrustScore across 465 reviews, with complaints about packages and trust. It suits a one off intensive, not an ongoing confidential peer room.

Does Business Mastery have a money back guarantee?

In 2016 the application form quoted by Inc. promised a full refund if, after the first full day, the attendee did not feel they had received $1 million worth of value, on return of the manual and materials. Whether that guarantee still applies is not published, and the terms of service page returned no policy text when read in October 2026.

How many people attend Business Mastery?

The organiser does not publish attendance. A long time attendee writing about ten years with the event describes thousands of participants, and notes that small business owners dominate the room. That scale is the main structural difference between a seminar and a peer group, where membership is usually capped somewhere between six and sixteen people who meet repeatedly.

What is the difference between Business Mastery and a CEO peer group?

Business Mastery is a one off five day event with a large crowd, a founder on stage and guest trainers, and no ongoing one to one or group cadence. A CEO peer group is a small standing room that meets monthly or quarterly, with the same members over years, confidential processing of one member's problem at a time, and some form of facilitator.

The verdict on Business Mastery

Business Mastery Tony Robbins style is a large, loud, five day immersion with a founder on stage, a crowd in the thousands and, on the record, a 2016 guarantee and a 2016 price. If you want ignition, and you can get the current price and refund terms in writing before you apply, the attendee accounts say it delivers that.

If what you are carrying is a slow problem with a name on it, the hall is the wrong tool. Write the problem down before you book anything. Then ask which format will still be asking you about it in March.

Who will know, on day 40, whether you did the thing you decided on day three?

See the room that asks on day 40.
