Management Style Statistics: Manager Benchmark
This benchmark publishes once at least 30 managers have completed the quiz in the current window. Until then the count is shown as below the reporting floor and no figures are published.
Once a cut reaches 30 completions, this page shows how managers who took the quiz on this site run the week: the style distribution as four percentages, the mean Control score overall and by role level (the quotable line is the difference between team leads and executives), the share of results with Standards as the highest dimension (the redo the work share), and the share of Sponsor results with Contact at 25 or below (the absent by accident share).
Cuts by role level, region, device class and referrer type each carry their own floor. The n and the field window are shown in the current edition block, every change is dated in the log below, and the method is on the methodology page.
Current edition
This cut is under 30 completions and is not published. We do not lower the floor. Next refresh: 2026-10-12.
Collection started on 2026-09-22. This page is rewritten when a refresh runs; the change log below carries every edition.
What this page will report
So that no cut is chosen after seeing the data, here is what is published when n reaches 30, and nothing else:
- Type distribution
- Mean and median score
- Mean score by role level
- Standards highest share
- Sponsor contact 25 or below share
- Role level
- Region
- Device class
- Referrer type
The floor rule
No cut is published with fewer than 30 completions. Where a cut falls below the floor, the chapter is published with the count and no figures. The floor is set before the edition and never lowered. Completions are counted, not people: the capture is anonymous and cookieless, so a returning visitor is not identifiable and is not de-duplicated. Ad blockers drop some events, so every count is a floor. The full rules are on the methodology page.
