Leadership Team Meeting Cost Statistics
This benchmark publishes once at least 30 leadership teams have costed their full rhythm in the current window. Until then the count is shown as below the reporting floor and no figures are published.
Once a cut reaches 30 completions, this page shows what leadership teams that costed their full recurring rhythm in the calculator entered: the median and interquartile hours per person per week in recurring leadership team meetings, the Meeting Load band distribution, the median cost per decision by currency where the currency cut passes 30 and never converted, and the share of rows with zero decisions entered where decisions were entered at all.
Cuts by leadership team size band (3 to 5, 6 to 9, 10 plus), region, currency, device class and referrer type appear only when each cut passes 30. Salary inputs are never published, only bands, and only when the band cut passes 30.
Current edition
Fewer than 30 leadership teams in this cut. Nothing is published below the floor. Mode A single meeting calculations are counted but never reported, because one meeting tells you nothing about a rhythm. Next refresh: 2026-10-12.
Collection started on 2026-09-22. This page is rewritten when a refresh runs; the change log below carries every edition.
What this page will report
So that no cut is chosen after seeing the data, here is what is published when n reaches 30, and nothing else:
- Hours per person week median iqr
- Level distribution (share of completions in each band)
- Cost per decision median by currency
- Zero decision row share
- Team size band
- Region
- Currency
- Device class
- Referrer type
The floor rule
No cut is published with fewer than 30 completions. Where a cut falls below the floor, the chapter is published with the count and no figures. The floor is set before the edition and never lowered. Completions are counted, not people: the capture is anonymous and cookieless, so a returning visitor is not identifiable and is not de-duplicated. Ad blockers drop some events, so every count is a floor. The full rules are on the methodology page.

The four results
Every completed run lands on one of these pages, with your own scores drawn from the link the tool gives you. Each one is readable without taking the tool.
- LeanYour team meets less than the reference. Is anything decided?
- WorkingYour rhythm is near the reference. Now ask what each is for.
- HeavyYour team meets well over the reference. Shortening will not fix it.
- Meeting BoundYour team has replaced deciding with meeting.
