AI Leader Readiness Benchmark by Role and Region
This benchmark publishes once at least 30 leaders have completed the index in the current window. Until then the count is shown as below the reporting floor and no figures are published.
Once a cut reaches 30 completions, this page shows what leaders who completed the AI leader readiness index look like as a group: the level distribution with n and the field window, the mean and median score by role level and region, the mean per dimension and the most common lowest dimension, and the share who have not told anyone senior how much they use AI.
The Nordic cut against North America is the intended headline. Every cut is published only at 30 or more completions, with a dated change log. This benchmark is kept separate from the older instrument's data on the AI readiness benchmark. The method is on the methodology page.

What this page will report
So that no cut is chosen after seeing the data, here is what is published when n reaches 30, and nothing else:
- Level distribution (share of completions in each band)
- Mean and median score
- Median score
- Score by role level
- Score by region
- Mean score per dimension, 0 to 100
- Most common gap dim
- Item11 worst end share
The floor rule
No cut is published with fewer than 30 completions. Where a cut falls below the floor, the chapter is published with the count and no figures. The floor is set before the edition and never lowered. Completions are counted, not people: the capture is anonymous and cookieless, so a returning visitor is not identifiable and is not de-duplicated. Ad blockers drop some events, so every count is a floor. The full rules are on the methodology page.
