Conflict Style Statistics: Leader Benchmark
This benchmark publishes once at least 30 leaders have completed the assessment in the current window. Until then the count is shown as below the reporting floor and no figures are published.
Once a cut reaches 30 completions, this page shows what leaders who completed the conflict style assessment on this site look like as a group: the share in each of the five styles, the mean Directness score overall and by role level and region, the most common lowest dimension, which is the conversation most often avoided, and the share who agreed at 4 or 5 that they had agreed to something mainly to end a conflict.
Every cut is published only once it holds 30 or more completions, with the n and the field window shown in the current edition block. The Nordic cut against the rest is the intended headline once both cuts pass 30. The method is on the methodology page.
Current edition
Under 30 completions in this cut. We publish nothing below 30 and do not lower the floor. Next refresh: 2026-10-12.
Collection started on 2026-09-22. This page is rewritten when a refresh runs; the change log below carries every edition.
What this page will report
So that no cut is chosen after seeing the data, here is what is published when n reaches 30, and nothing else:
- Style distribution
- Mean directness score
- Directness by role level
- Directness by region
- Most common lowest dim
- Item5 agree share
- Device class
- Referrer type
The floor rule
No cut is published with fewer than 30 completions. Where a cut falls below the floor, the chapter is published with the count and no figures. The floor is set before the edition and never lowered. Completions are counted, not people: the capture is anonymous and cookieless, so a returning visitor is not identifiable and is not de-duplicated. Ad blockers drop some events, so every count is a floor. The full rules are on the methodology page.
