One on One Meeting Statistics: Leader Benchmark
This benchmark publishes once at least 30 leaders have completed the score in the current window. Until then the count is shown as below the reporting floor and no figures are published.
Once a cut reaches 30 completions, this page shows what leaders who scored their one on ones on this site actually run: the level distribution as four percentages, the mean and median score, the mean score per dimension, which dimension is most often the Gap, and the headline share: the percent of leaders whose Ownership score is 50 or below, the leaders whose meeting is theirs and not their report's.
Cuts by role level, region, device class and referrer type each have their own floor. The n and the field window are shown in the current edition block, and every change is dated in the log below. The method is on the methodology page.

This cut has fewer than 30 completions, so we do not publish it. We report nothing below that floor, on purpose. Next refresh: 2026-10-12. The overall figures above are published when the whole instrument passes 30.
Collection started on 2026-09-22. This page is rewritten when a refresh runs; the change log below carries every edition.

So that no cut is chosen after seeing the data, here is what is published when n reaches 30, and nothing else:
- Level distribution (share of completions in each band)
- Mean and median score
- Median score
- Mean score per dimension, 0 to 100
- Most common gap
- Ownership 50 or below share
- Role level
- Region
- Device class
- Referrer type
The floor rule
No cut is published with fewer than 30 completions. Where a cut falls below the floor, the chapter is published with the count and no figures. The floor is set before the edition and never lowered. Completions are counted, not people: the capture is anonymous and cookieless, so a returning visitor is not identifiable and is not de-duplicated. Ad blockers drop some events, so every count is a floor. The full rules are on the methodology page.
